Update on Hanover Elementary Principal Search (9/3/25)
We received many strong applications for the Hanover Principal position.
First and second round of interviews have been completed with input from district leaders, BASD principals and supervisors, and representatives from the Hanover PTA and faculty. From that process, two excellent candidates have moved forward to the Round Three applied interviews.
We expect to present a finalist to the School Board for approval in September. Until then, Mr. Eric Fontanez will continue serving as principal at Hanover Elementary.

Mr. Eric Fontanez will continue as acting principal at Hanover Elementary until the permanent appointment decision has been made (TBA) for the 2025-2026 school year.
