Courtney recently joined our board in July 2018 as our new Bethlehem Area School District teacher liaison. A district employee since 1996, Weikert has taught second and third grade before settling down to teach kindergarten. She has taught at Freemansburg, William Penn, Marvine, Miller Heights, and is now settled at Thomas Jefferson. Courtney has three wonderful children, two of which are still in the district and one recent 2018 Graduate. Weikert’s oldest took the initiative at the High school level to incorporate a sign language curriculum.
