If you want your child to leave with a parent or another team member\u2019s family, you <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">MUST fill out the <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1Mt3Sdz1-Nxnxlr6s08ov-8bn-pYbZ0N_\/view?usp=sharing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Permission\/Release form<\/a> 48 hours in advance of the event<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. Please return this form to Athletic Coordinator, John Peters,\u00a0 <\/span><a href=\"mailto:jpeters@basdschools.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">jpeters@basdschools.org<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> 48 hours in advance of a game\/event\/competition.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">If the form is not returned 48 hrs in advance, your child will not be allowed to leave with you and will return with the team to Broughal Middle School.
