2020_2021_NMS All Grades School Supply List
Dear Parents & Guardians,
Please watch in the upcoming week for announcements from Dr. Roy regarding the start of the 2020-2021 school year. While there is much shifting around plans, even day-to-day, Dr. Roy did make a commitment in his last video to provide clear expectations for parents a month in advance of the start of school.
Following Dr. Roy’s announcements, I will be hosting sessions for parents/guardians & students via webinars to answer questions & concerns as we approach the start of the year. Mr. Horlick & I have reviewed our school procedures with the district & faculty to make sure we have all options available, whether we are in school with all students full-time, in a hybrid situation to reduce class sizes, or a more robust virtual instruction model for the fall. Please watch for information on these meetings or email me at any time with questions or concerns.

This Week’s Major Headlines:
- Offices: The Main & Student Service Offices will be open Tuesdays, Wednesdays, & Thursdays from 9 am-1 pm. Face masks & social distancing procedures must be followed to enter the building. Enrollment/disenrollment, address changes, and phone changes should be emailed immediately to Mrs. Scott at sscott@basdschools.org. Chromebooks must be returned before disenrollment may occur.
- Yearbooks: The 2019-2020 yearbooks have been delivered! They may be picked up at the Main Entrance on Tuesday, July 21 & Tuesday, July 28 from 6pm-7pm. There are also a few extra yearbooks for purchase – first come, first served and cost $40 (only cash accepted).
- 2020-2021 School Supply List: Please see the 2020-2021 NMS School Supply List at this link. Please contact your child’s guidance counselor if you have a specific need!
- 2020-2021 Schedules: Schedules are set to be distributed to students via US Mail in the first week of August.

School Supply List (Mayes) Please see the 2020-2021 NMS School Supply List at this link. Please contact your child’s guidance counselor if you have a specific need!
BASD Chromebooks (Mayes) All students should keep their Chromebooks until the fall, unless you are disenrolling your child from the Bethlehem Area School District. Then, they would be returned at disenrollment to Mrs. Scott in Guidance. A reminder that Go Guardian is still active on all student accounts & laptops.
2020-2021 Interscholastic Sports (Ortwein) BASD Physical Forms must be completed prior to practice starting on Monday, August 17, 2020. Please submit completed forms to the Student Services Office. The forms are available at this link.
