2020_2021_NMS All Grades School Supply List
This Week’s Major Headlines:
- 2020-21 Schedule Distribution: Academic schedules will be mailed out this week via US Mail to all students. If your mail is returned to Nistchmann, we will require two updated proofs of residency from the last 30 days. If you have moved recently, please contact Mrs. Scott at sscott@basdschools.org
- 2020-2021 School Supply List: Please see the 2020-2021 NMS School Supply List at this link. Please contact your child’s guidance counselor if you have a specific need! Please make sure your child has a comfortable mask to wear for the first day of school.
- 6th Grade Orientation: 6th Grade Orientation will be held on Monday, August 31, 2020. Times will be announced this week, as we will be splitting the 6th grade class into A-L and M-Z for our sessions.
- BASD Chromebooks: New Chromebooks will be issued to all students during the first week of school. Want to order a case/cover for it? The information is below!
- FAQ: Please watch your email, social media sites, and website for our Start of Year FAQ to review for all students in hybrid or e-Learning schedules.

School-wide Announcements
School Supply List (Mayes) Please see the 2020-2021 NMS School Supply List at this link. Please contact your child’s guidance counselor if you have a specific need!
BASD Chromebook (Mayes) The BASD Chromebook for 2020-2021 is the 11.6″ Lenovo 500E series 2-in-1 Chromebook Laptop, 2nd generation. Students may purchase a Chromebook case to protect it themselves. When a case is used, a student may put stickers, etc, on the case. Nothing may be placed on the actual Chromebook without a case.
BASD Chromebooks (Mayes) All students should keep their Chromebooks until the fall, unless you are disenrolling your child from the Bethlehem Area School District. Then, they would be returned at disenrollment to Mrs. Scott in Guidance. A reminder that Go Guardian is still active on all student accounts & laptops. Students will exchange their laptops on the first day of school when at school (September 1 or 2)
