STUDENT LEADERSHIP:\u00a0<\/span>Student Leadership is having a lollipop fundraiser at all lunches. Each lollipop will be $1, buy one today, before they’re gone!<\/span><\/p>\n

AFTER SCHOOL VOCAL GROUPS:\u00a0Rehearsals:<\/p>\n

*Tuesday, December 20th\u00a0– no after school rehearsal due to our NE Singers\/Wind Ensemble\/Jazz Ensemble performance at Barnes and Noble from\u00a06-8 PM<\/span><\/p>\n

*Wednesday, December 21st\u00a0– NE Singers – all from\u00a03:10-3:30<\/span><\/p>\n

*Thursday, Decembet 22nd – NE Singers and Wind Ensemble will be Caroling in the Lehigh Valley during the school day.\u00a0 Be sure to have your permission slip turned in for this event.<\/span><\/p>\n

NEMS THEATRE COMPANY: Cast of Music Man Jr. are to pick up a copy of the schedule for January rehearsals.\u00a0 We are looking at the goal of all leads being off book in the new year.\u00a0Thank you, in advance, for your dedication to the musical!<\/p>\n

NEMS THEATRE COMPANY: Rehearsals: The Music Man Jr. rehearsal schedule for the first week of January is:<\/span><\/p>\n

Tuesday, January 3rd\u00a0– all of scene 5 – all cast members, from\u00a03:10-5:30<\/p>\n

Wednesday, January 4th\u00a0– All cast – singing rehearsal from\u00a03:10-5:00<\/p>\n

Saturday, January 7th\u00a0–\u00a09-10 AM: \u00a0the 10 Shipoopi couples, from\u00a010 AM – noon\u00a0for all cast members. BE SURE TO BRING YOUR SCRIPTS, PENCILS, AND ENERGY!<\/p>\n

BOXTOPS:\u00a0Box-tops are still being collected. Our raffle is still going on. We are pulling the raffle\u00a0December 22. That means there is only one week left. Please continue collecting box-tops because we will be having another drawing in January or February. Do not forget to write your name on the bag or sheet of 50 you send in to get a raffle ticket in the drawing.<\/span><\/p>\n

CHESS CLUB:\u00a0<\/span>Attention all Chess Club Members! The Second Session of Chess Club will be starting up again on\u00a0January 11th. They will be for FIVE\u00a0Wednesday\u00a0again. Same time and same place in Mr. Spieker’s room in room A108. If you are interested in Joining, and didn’t join in the fall, feel free to grab a permission form outside of room A108 on the 7th Grade Floor.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

SPORTS:\u00a0<\/span>Coach Schaffrick would like to send a huge Congratulations to the Girls Varsity and JV Basketball Teams!<\/span><\/p>\n

Girls Varsity basketball played an amazing game yesterday afternoon against South Mountain. Winning 53-6!!!! 7th Grader Stephanie Donato led the team with 21 points! Adding to the score was 8th graders Yada MacTaggart (16 points), Lizvette Padilla (1 point), Kira Ryberg (2 points), Aaliyah Vazquez (2 points), AANNNDDD 7th grader Erin Eisenhart (11 points)!!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Girls JV basketball played a great game too against South Mountain. Winning 28-13!!!! 7th grader Hannah Bosco earned 10 points for our team! Adding to the score was 7th graders Alexis Sostre (5 points), Alexa Snyder (2 points), AND 8th graders Yesenia Diaz (7 points) and Trinity Lacayo (4 points)! Everyone working together was vital to our win!!!<\/span><\/p>\n
