AFTER SCHOOL VOCAL GROUPS: Rehearsals:\u00a0The after school vocal groups schedule for the upcoming week is as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n

*Monday, March 13th: \u00a0Girls Group from\u00a03:10-4:00<\/span><\/p>\n

*Tuesday, March 14th: \u00a0no rehearsal – meeting<\/span><\/p>\n

*Wednesday, March 15th: \u00a0Boys Group from\u00a03:10-4:00<\/span><\/p>\n

*Thursday, March 16th: \u00a0NE Singers from\u00a03:10-4:00<\/span><\/p>\n

*Saturday, March 18th: \u00a0BASD All City rehearsal for all 4 middle schools, held at NE, from\u00a09 AM-noon<\/span><\/p>\n

BOOK FAIR:\u00a0<\/span>Have you been to the book fair? It’s not too late!\u00a0Thursday\u00a0and\u00a0Friday\u00a0are the last days to get a great teen read. See you there!<\/span><\/p>\n

WORLD LANGUAGE CLUB:\u00a0World Language Club will meet today, Friday, March 10th\u00a0from\u00a03:10-4:25pm\u00a0in Miss Danner’s room A103. Anyone who has brought in a permission slip may attend.<\/span><\/p>\n

SPORTS: \u00a0<\/span>Attention all 8th grade boys trying out for Liberty’s freshman baseball team:\u00a0<\/span>Today’s tryouts will be at\u00a07:00PM\u00a0instead of the originally scheduled\u00a03:30pm.\u00a0 Please report at\u00a07:00 PM.<\/span><\/p>\n

*All girls trying out for the softball team should report to the gym\u00a0Tues-Fri\u00a0for tryouts from\u00a03:05 – 5:00pm.<\/span><\/p>\n

STUDENT LEADERSHIP COUNCIL:\u00a0<\/span>Student Leadership Council would like to remind you that you can be a leader, and not a litterer!\u00a0 Please help us keep Northeast clean! DISMISSAL<\/span>:\u00a0<\/b>All students are to leave the school building upon dismissal at\u00a03:05PM\u00a0unless you are signed up and participating in an after school activity.\u00a0 Students MAY NOT wait in school or on school property for friends or siblings that are attending an activity.\u00a0 All students who participate in after school activities must also leave the building as soon as their activity is over.\u00a0 Students are not allowed to be in the building unsupervised!<\/span><\/p>\n

FUNDRAISER:\u00a0<\/span>Hello ! My name is Jadaliz Torres. I will be doing a<\/span>\u00a0winter clothing\u00a0drive for the Hogar Crea Womens Center. This center is designed to get women back on their feet again. There are many women there who are in need of something warm to wear in the winter.\u00a0 The clothing drive will be starting today March 6th and ending\u00a0March 17th. Attention 6th grade! If you donate 4 or more items you will be able to have 8th and 9th periods of free time on a day to be announced following the end of the drive, and you will be allowed to bring personal devices as part of your reward.\u00a0 Thank you for helping the women of Hogar Crea.<\/span>

ART:\u00a0<\/span>Any of Mrs. Korhammer’s 8th grade students from the beginning of the year that did not glaze their project please get a pass from her and come to her class during activity. The projects are the skulls and the bowls.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
