DEBATE CLUB:\u00a0<\/span>The next debate club meeting will be held\u00a0today, October 4th\u00a0after school in room A105. All are encouraged to attend. Any new debaters are also welcome. Please see Mr. Gross or Miss Cedor with any questions.<\/span><\/p>\n

WORLD PERCUSSION ENSEMBLE:\u00a0<\/span>World Percussion Ensemble, the list is up! Please look outside of Mr. Huie’s room to see if you made it. \u00a0Thank you to all who tried out.\u00a0<\/span>8th grade band students- Mr. Huie needs some instruments for his World Percussion Ensemble.\u00a0 Please see Mr. Huie for music to audition!<\/span><\/p>\n

RALLY 4 PEACE:\u00a0<\/span>Rally 4 Peace participants, remember we meet today at\u00a03:10pm\u00a0in room A300, Mrs. Roehrenbeck’s room.<\/span><\/p>\n

DANCE TEAM:\u00a0<\/span>Students trying out for Dance Team, there will be sign up sheets for times outside of Mr. Huie’s room.\u00a0 Please sign up for your audition time.<\/span><\/p>\n

SPORTS:\u00a0<\/span>Boy’s basketball open gym.\u00a0<\/span>There will be an 8th grade only open gym on\u00a0Tuesday, 10\/10\u00a0from\u00a03:15 to 4:30\u00a0in the Aux. gym.\u00a0<\/span>There will be a 7th grade only open gym on\u00a0Wednesday, 10\/11\u00a0from\u00a03:15 to 4:30\u00a0in the Main gym.\u00a0<\/span>See coach Carlstrom in room 106 if you have any questions.<\/span><\/p>\n

STRATEGIC GAME BOARD CLUB:\u00a0Strategic Game Board Club starts on\u00a0October 25th\u00a0on Wednesdays! If you have any questions see Mr. Spieker room A108 and\/or Miss Vanderstel room A101 on the 7th Grade Floor! Please stop by to pick up forms and permission slips!<\/span><\/p>\n

WALKATHON:\u00a0<\/span>Student Leadership will host their annual walk-a-thon on\u00a0Friday October 6, 2017\u00a0during 9th period and activity period. The cost to participate is ONE DOLLAR! Homeroom teachers see Braido, Swavely, or Nehilla with any questions.\u00a0<\/span>Officer Elias was kind enough to donate a few $5 gift cards as prizes for our Student Leadership walk a thon\u00a0this Friday! Please donate $3\u00a0to have your name put into the raffle for these gift cards and a candy basket prize! Reminder that the cost for all students to participate is $1.<\/span><\/p>\n

NORTHEAST GOT TALENT:\u00a06th, 7th, and 8th grade students – Northeast’s Got Talent is upon us!\u00a0 This year we will be holding our competition on the evening of\u00a0Friday, November 17th.\u00a0<\/span>Are you interested in finding out more about NEGT?\u00a0 If so, please join Mr. Fanger after school in the cafeteria on\u00a0Thursday, October 5th at 3:10 PM.\u00a0 Information will be given at that time.
