KNITTING CLUB:\u00a0Students, are you prepared for the cooler\u00a0temperatures?\u00a0 Are you in need of a knitted scarf?\u00a0 Well, if you are and would like to learn to\u00a0knit your own to wear or donate to someone in need, then come to Miss\u00a0Ayre\u2019s\u00a0Knitting Club.\u00a0 It\u2019s\u00a0open to all grade levels\u00a0and no prior experience needed.\u00a0 Stop by room A208 to pick up a permission form.<\/span><\/p>\n

SPORTS:\u00a0<\/span>Attention 8th grade boys.\u00a0<\/span>There will be an open gym for 8th grade boys ONLY, next\u00a0Wednesday, October 18th, from\u00a03:15 – 4:30pm, in the Main gym.\u00a0<\/span>See coach Carlstrom in room 106 if you have questions.<\/span><\/p>\n

*Ready to play basketball ladies?! Open gym will be every Wednesday until tryouts start.\u00a0<\/span>Please stop by Coach Schaffrick\u2019s office to pick up the intramural form. It is the only way you can participate.\u00a0 No exceptions!!!<\/span><\/p>\n

*Any student who would like to try out for a winter sport must have a completed physical.\u00a0 St. Lukes will be holding winter physicals at Northeast Middle School\u2019s Main Gymnasium on Thursday, October 26<\/span>th<\/span> from\u00a05PM-7PM. Physicals will be free. Please make sure you have a physical form filled out prior to this date with all the information except what the physician needs to fill out.\u00a0 Physical forms are located in the main office at the front counter or see Mr. Korcienski. If you played a fall sport you will not need a full physical but a re-eval form. You can pick either one up after school.\u00a0 See Mr. Carlstrom or Ms. Schaffrick if you have any questions about Boy\u2019s or Girl\u2019s basketball.<\/span><\/p>\n

*The cross country team had an awesome meet yesterday at the Patriot Invitational. \u00a0The top 3 boy runners were Zane Landis, Jude Chichester, and Addison Collins. \u00a0The top 3 girl runners were Star Stauffer, Zoe Sharkan, and Ella Scott. \u00a0Everyone ran well and had great finishing times. Great Job Team!<\/span><\/p>\n

STRATEGIC GAME BOARD CLUB:\u00a0Strategic Game Board Club starts on\u00a0October 25th\u00a0on Wednesdays! If you have any questions see Mr. Spieker room A108 and\/or Miss Vanderstel room A101 on the 7th Grade Floor! Please stop by to pick up forms and permission slips<\/span><\/p>\n
