KNITTING CLUB:\u00a0Students, are you prepared for the cooler\u00a0 temperatures? Are you in need of a knitted scarf? Well, if you are and would like to learn to\u00a0knit your own to wear or donate to someone in need, then come to Miss\u00a0Ayre\u2019s\u00a0Knitting Club. It\u2019s\u00a0open to all grade levels\u00a0and no prior experience needed.\u00a0 Stop by room A208 to pick up a permission form.<\/span><\/p>\n

DEBATE CLUB:\u00a0<\/span>Attention all debaters! The next debate club meeting will take place\u00a0October 31, after school, in room A105. Any questions, please see Mr. Gross or Miss Cedor.<\/span><\/p>\n

AFTER SCHOOL VOCAL GROUPS: Rehearsals:\u00a0There will be no rehearsals this week for the after school vocal groups due to auditions for the musical…please be sure to hand in your ticket order forms for the Salute the Troops Concert this week! The order and your payment are due on\u00a0November 2nd.\u00a0 If you have any questions, please see Mrs. Parker ASAP.<\/span><\/p>\n

DRAMA: Auditions for the musical Once Upon a Mattress Jr. are set for Tuesday and Wednesday\u00a0of this week, from\u00a03:10-5:30…hope to see you there! Remember…today, October 30th is a day to learn the dance, song, and dialogue for those audition days.\u00a0 You are welcome to join us in the auditorium today,\u00a0Monday, from\u00a03:10-5:30.\u00a0 See you then!<\/span><\/p>\n

SPORTS:\u00a0<\/span>8th grade boy’s basketball open gym will be\u00a0Tuesday, 10\/31\u00a0from\u00a03:15 to 4:30\u00a0in the auxiliary gym. Sneakers are required.\u00a0<\/span>7th Grade boy’s open gym will be\u00a0Wednesday, 11\/1, from\u00a03:15 to 4:30\u00a0in the main gym. Sneakers are required.<\/span><\/p>\n

*Ready to play basketball ladies?!\u00a0<\/span>Open gym will be every Wednesday\u00a0 until tryouts start.\u00a0<\/span>Please stop by Coach Schaffrick\u2019s office to \u00a0 Pick up the intramural form. It is the only way you can participate.\u00a0 No exceptions!!!<\/span><\/p>\n

*There will be an open practice for cheerleaders on Wednesday, November 1st at 3:30pm in the hallway by the cafeteria. Any girls interested in possibly cheering for basketball or competition season can attend and we will discuss further information then.\u00a0<\/span>Come dressed to cheer and actually practice with us<\/span><\/p>\n

PICTURE RETAKE DAY:\u00a0<\/span>Picture\u00a0retakes\u00a0are scheduled for Wednesday, Nov 1, 2017.\u00a0Retakes\u00a0will be for students and staff members that were absent on\u00a0picture\u00a0day or\u00a0for those that are\u00a0not happy with their picture package. If you are retaking your picture to\u00a0replace your\u00a0original\u00a0picture\u00a0package, please make sure\u00a0to bring with you on\u00a0Wednesday, Nov 1<\/span>st<\/span> the\u00a0original\u00a0picture\u00a0package you would like replaced.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

SKYZONE GLOW JUMP:\u00a0<\/span>On\u00a0Monday, November 6th\u00a0our parent organization\u00a0will be\u00a0sponsoring a glow jump at Sky Zone Westgate Mall from\u00a08 p.m. to 10 p.m.\u00a0for Northeast students only. The cost for this event will be $16, which includes jumping for 2 hours and unlimited beverages. You must wear a white shirt or purchase a glow shirt from Sky Zone for $5. Your parents must complete a waiver online or at SkyZone or you cannot jump. Tickets will be on sale at lunch from\u00a0October 31st through November 4<\/span>th<\/span>. This is a school event\u00a0so only Northeast students will be able to attend. NEPTO only has 200 tickets so first come, first serve.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
