{"id":2788,"date":"2018-04-16T16:35:33","date_gmt":"2018-04-16T16:35:33","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/basdwpweb.beth.k12.pa.us\/northeast\/?p=2788"},"modified":"2018-04-16T16:35:33","modified_gmt":"2018-04-16T16:35:33","slug":"announcements-for-april-16-2018","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/basdwpweb.beth.k12.pa.us\/northeast\/2018\/04\/16\/announcements-for-april-16-2018\/","title":{"rendered":"Announcements for April 16, 2018"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"fcbkbttn_buttons_block\" id=\"fcbkbttn_left\"><\/div><p>MAJORETTES:\u00a0<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">If you are interested in trying out for the Northeast Majorettes for next school year, please plan on attending the practice dates on Monday, April 30th and\u00a0Tuesday, May 1st from 6PM &#8211; 8PM.\u00a0\u00a0Majorette tryouts will be held on\u00a0Wednesday May 2nd from 6PM &#8211; 8PM.\u00a0Practices and tryouts will be held in the gym. \u00a0Please bring your own baton and wear sneakers. \u00a0If you have any questions, please see Mrs. Davis or Mr. Rupnik.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">* The try-out date for the Liberty High School Majorette Squad is on\u00a0<\/span>Wed. May 9, 2018\u00a0<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">after school at Liberty HS in the band room.\u00a0 The candidates trying out will be responsible for learning a 64-count Liberty High School routine AND developing a 32-48 count routine of their own.\u00a0\u00a0The practice\u00a0and\u00a0try-out will be held on\u00a0Wednesday, May 9, 2018\u00a0at Liberty High School as soon as our school day is over. Music is optional if you wish to bring it.\u00a0<\/span>Students are to bring a copy of their\u00a0most recent report card\u00a0to the try-out<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Students\u00a0MUST march\u00a0during their entire try-out. If you are\u00a0interested in joining, please see Miss Danner for a permission form and list of meeting dates.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>SPORTS<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">:\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Soccer team last Friday Won 8 to Zero against Trexler Middle School. The Team&#8217;s Goalie, Alex Isaac, kept a great shut out in place including the defensive players, Ryan Haupt, Zane Landis, William Lotto, and William Eckert. Joseph Snyder scored 4 goals and Landon Foster scored 2 goals. Jeremy Lopez and Sayveion Garwood both scored 1 goal a piece. Finally, Anthony Rodriguez provided 2 assists and Ryan Haupt provided one assist. Support the Northeast Soccer Team\u00a0on Tuesday this week\u00a0when they face Raub Middle School! Go Hornets!<\/span><\/p>\n<p>WORLD LANGUAGE CLUB MEMBERS:\u00a0<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Our next meeting will be on\u00a0Wednesday, April 25th\u00a0after school in Se\u00f1orita Danner&#8217;s room B202. We will be learning about Cinco de Mayo!
