LESSER\u2019S CLASS:\u00a0<\/span>Anyone with unfinished sewing projects for Mrs. Lesser please come to her room sometime during the day. It can be during homeroom, during the day or after school. Activity day passes will be given to those that wish to finish their projects.<\/span><\/p>\n

NEPTO FUNDRAISER:\u00a0<\/span>Enjoy Fantastic Food and benefit Northeast Middle School too!\u00a0<\/span>Bring your family and friends to:\u00a0<\/span>Dairy Queen Grill and Chill,\u00a0<\/span>2910 Easton Ave, Bethlehem, PA 18017<\/span><\/a>\u00a0When:\u00a05 to 8 PM, Tuesday, May 15, 2018.\u00a0<\/span>Northeast Middle School will receive 12% of ALL SALES from 5-8 so tell all your family and friends!\u00a0<\/span>There will be a 50\/50 Raffle & a Cake Raffle. Tickets $1 each or $5 for 6 tickets. Sponsored by NEPTO!<\/span><\/p>\n

MAJORETTES:\u00a0\u00a0The try-out date for the Liberty High School Majorette Squad is on\u00a0<\/span>Wed. May 9, 2018\u00a0after school at Liberty HS in the band room.\u00a0 The candidates trying out will be responsible for learning a 64-count Liberty High School routine AND developing a 32-48 count routine of their own.\u00a0\u00a0The practice\u00a0and\u00a0try-out will be held on\u00a0Wednesday, May 9, 2018\u00a0at Liberty High School as soon as our school day is over. Music is optional if you wish to bring it.\u00a0<\/span>Students are to bring a copy of their\u00a0most recent report card\u00a0to the try-out.\u00a0\u00a0Students\u00a0MUST march\u00a0during their entire try-out. (They should march during the Liberty High School routine & their own routine.)\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

SPORTS:\u00a0<\/span>The Northeast Soccer Team came away with a win\u00a0on Wednesday\u00a0against Harrison-Morton. They won 12 to 2. Goals by Sayvion Garwood, Joe Snyder, Landon Foster,\u00a0Lazaro Villeda, Ryan Haupt, Rdyer Paulus, and Addison Collins with assists by\u00a0Lazaro Villeda. Congrats. However, yesterday the Northeast soccer was unable to pull an upset against East Hills\u00a0on Thursday. It was 2 to 2 at halftime, however with four minutes left, the Hornets were unable to keep the tie and lost 3 to 2. Good try. Landon Foster and Ryder Paulus both made goals with assists by Joseph Snyder. Come support the Soccer Team\u00a0on Monday\u00a0on our last Home Game against Bethlehem Catholic. Go Hornets!<\/span><\/p>\n

6th & 7th GRADE DANCE:\u00a0<\/span>Hornets, now that PSSA testing is finally over, and the school year is starting to wind down, the Northeast PTO is sponsoring one last dance for the 6th and 7th graders for the 2017-2018 year.\u00a0 The Last Blast Dance will be today Friday, May 4th from 7 to 9 pm. Admission is $5.00 for any eligible student who receives a ticket from their teacher.\u00a0 We will be welcoming the incoming 6th graders to this dance as well, so bring your friends and let’s show them how much Hornet Pride we have!! \u00a0\u00a0Our amazing snack stand will be open, with lots of great treats. We will also have Sand Crafters Edible Sand Art Tubes available for purchase at $3.00 a piece.\u00a0 Bring your friends show the incoming students how much we love Northeast!! \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
