As we said last week May is really the busiest month of our school year and this week is no exception. We start our week off with some of our 7<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">th<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> grade students going off to the courthouse for the County Law Day. \u00a0Starting Monday our 8th grade Algebra students embark on the Algebra 1 Keystone Exam. \u00a0The exam is being given Monday and Tuesday. Also on Monday in the evening we hold our annual Sports Awards ceremony. The night starts with a dinner reception for the parents of our 8<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">th<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> grade athletes starting at 5:30 p.m. and ends with the awards ceremony at 6:30 p.m. for all athletes in the auditorium. \u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Wednesday begins three days of camping for our 7<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">th<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> grade Explorers Team as the children travel to the Poconos and Camp Trexler for what has always been a great experience. On Wednesday our NEBOPO organization hosts our 8<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">th<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> grade band, orchestra and choral students on their trip to New York City to see \u201cAladdin\u201d. Also on Wednesday our 6<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">th<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> grade Team Active is off to the Lehigh Gap for a day of learning about nature.
