Awesome job everyone!<\/p>\n<p><b>PROUD-A-THON<\/b>: A special thank you to the Northeast eighth grade students who volunteered for yesterday\u2019s PROUD-A-THON. We hope you had a great time. Thank you for your leadership and your service to our school. You truly make us Northeast proud!<\/p>\n<p><b>STAGE CREW<\/b>: Attention all stage crew members, there will be a stage crew meeting in Mrs. Klose&#8217;s art room this Tuesday, October 9th, from 3:05 to 3:30. We will discuss scenery, props,\u00a0 costumes that need to be made, and scheduling for this year&#8217;s play\u00a0The Lion King.<\/p>\n<p><b>BOXTOPS<\/b>: Boxtop collection sheets will be sent home this week.\u00a0 Please fill them up and send in your boxtops to school by October 19th.\u00a0 Student Leadership Council needs your help to reach our school goal of $1000.\u00a0 Students would bring in full sheets will be entered into a school wide drawing to win a prize!<\/p>\n<p><b>AFTER SCHOOL VOCAL GROUPS:\u00a0<\/b>Rehearsal schedule for the week of October 1 &#8211; all rehearsals this week are from 3:10-4:00 in the chorus room. See you then!<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Friday, October 5, 2018\u00a0&#8211; Boys Group<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>CHORUS CONTRACTS:<\/strong> All 6th, 7th, and 8th grade chorus members are to return their chorus contracts as soon as possible. Please return them to Mrs. Parker in the chorus room.<\/p>\n<p><strong>DANCE TEAM<\/strong>:\u00a0 All students that tried out for dance team, thank you. Mr. Huie will put up the list Friday afternoon by his room and the cafeteria. Thank you again for all who auditioned.<\/p>\n<p><b>WORLD PERCUSSION<\/b>: Do not forget to bring in your permission forms to Mr. Huie as soon as possible.<\/p>\n<p><strong>BASKETBALL:<\/strong> Attention 7th and 8th grade boys.\u00a0 There will be several basketball open gyms during the months of October and November.\u00a0 The first open gym is scheduled for today, Thursday, 10\/4 in the Main Gym from 3:15 to 4:15pm. If you are currently in a Fall sport, you will not be permitted to attend.\u00a0 See Mr. Carlstrom in A106 if you have\u00a0any questions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ESTE ROCKET CLUB:\u00a0<\/strong>6th &amp;7th grade students who are interested in the after-school Este Rocket Club, may pick-up a permission slip in Room A-203 Mr. Flok.<\/p>\n<p><strong>DROP OFF TABLE<\/strong>: Student Services has a drop off table.\u00a0 If you are expecting something dropped off, please come to the Student Services drop off table for pick up.\u00a0Ms. Osorio will write you a hall pass or sign your pass.\u00a0 If you are expecting money, please see Ms. Osorio. Money will not be left on the table.<\/p>\n<p><strong>BOXTOPS<\/strong>: Want to help our school raise money? Please bring in boxtops for education. Boxtops can be found on so many items! Simply cut them off and bring them to your homeroom teacher.
