Students that would like their picture retaken, please bring your complete original picture packet on retake day. Also, any students that were absent on picture day or new students please stop by Student Services for a picture order form.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ACTIVITIES:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>ARCHERY:<\/strong> Pizza party Friday. November 1 in Mr. Detwilers room A309.<\/li>\n<li><b>CHESS CLUB<\/b>: Attention Chess Club players, the last day of the 1st Session will be Wednesday Nov. 7th for Chess Club. We will complete the Tournament Bracket. Please come to Mr. Spieker in the morning during homeroom to deliver the $2 for the Participation in the Pizza Party on the last day. Any questions please see Mr. Spieker.<\/li>\n<li><strong>HOMEWORK CLUB:<\/strong> Homework club with Mrs. Diefenderfer is cancelled for this week.<\/li>\n<li><strong>ROBOTICS CLUB:<\/strong> Are you interested in building robots? If so, consider joining Robotics Club. Robotics Club will be held on Wednesdays from 3:05 &#8211; 5:00pm starting on November 7th. Robotics club will be held in Mr. Gavronski\u2019s room which is A307 on the 8th grade floor.\u00a0 Permission slips can be picked up in Mrs. Papagni\u2019s room which is B305.\u00a0 Beginner club members will be building autonomous solar powered robots while advanced students will work on soldering circuit boards for more advanced robots.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>THE ARTS: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>AFTER SCHOOL VOCAL GROUPS &amp; DRAMA: <\/strong>Rehearsal schedule for the week of October 29:\n<ul>\n<li><span id=\"m_2837176013393551151gmail-docs-internal-guid-246c76a5-7fff-aa4e-2fc4-819b149448b7\">Friday, November 2-\u00a0 Boys Group and Girls Group<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>DRAMA:<\/strong> Student contracts for the cast of the Lion King Jr. are due by tomorrow, November 2nd. Thank you.<\/li>\n<li><b>STEP TEAM<\/b>: Attention step team next practice is Wednesday November 7th &#8211; bring boots or sneakers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>SPORTS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>BOYS BASKETBALL:<\/strong> <strong>T<\/strong>here will be a boy&#8217;s basketball open gym on the following days: Mon, November 5th from 3:15 to 4:15pm in the Auxiliary gym&#8211; 7th grade only; Wed, November 7th from 3:15 to 4:15pm in the auxiliary gym&#8211; 8th grade only.<\/li>\n<li><strong>CROSS COUNTRY:<\/strong> Reminder that any runner for Cross Country that did not turn in his\/her uniform shirt should return it to Coach Tandy\u2019s room A106.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>DROP OFF TABLE<\/strong>: Student Services has a drop off table.\u00a0 If you are expecting something dropped off, please come to the Student Services drop off table for pick up.\u00a0Ms. Osorio will write you a hall pass or sign your pass.\u00a0 If you are expecting money, please see Ms. Osorio. Money will not be left on the table.<\/p>\n<p><strong>BOXTOPS<\/strong>: Want to help our school raise money? Please bring in boxtops for education. Boxtops can be found on so many items! Simply cut them off and bring them to your homeroom teacher.
