Please make sure devices are turned off and in your locker. Thank you.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ACTIVITIES:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>DISC GOLFERS:<\/strong>\u00a0<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Our next meeting will be on Tuesday, April 23. See you there!\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong>TRACK &amp; FIELD: <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Attention 8th Grade Students: Track and Field practices begin Monday, April 22 at 3:30pm. Team Grit should sign up with Mrs. Frederick in room A313 and Team Dream with Mr. Reiss in room A304. We look forward to having great teams!<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong>WORLD LANGUAGE CLUB:\u00a0<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Our next meeting will be Thursday, May 2nd in Se\u00f1orita Danner&#8217;s room B201. We will be learning about Cinco de Mayo. Hope to see you there!<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>THE ARTS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>DANCE TEAM\/STEP TEAM:\u00a0<\/strong>Dance team and Step team, do not forget that your next payment is due, also, your permission forms have been due. Mr. Huie needs them back in order to have you guys go to Hershey.\u00a0 Dance Team, there is practice Wednesday, April 17.<\/li>\n<li><strong>WORLD PERCUSSION:\u00a0<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">There is practice Tuesday after school next week. We look forward to seeing everybody and getting ready for the spring performances.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>ATHLETICS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><strong>SOCCER:\u00a0<\/strong><\/strong>The Soccer Team yesterday showed their GRIT against Raub Middle School. Again it was lights out from our defense led by Tanner Horvath and both goalies Owen Cassel and Ryan Fleming! Nothing went pass them! The final score was 8 to Zero! Derek Reuser had an assist and Ryder Paulus had two crucial assists too. Williams Castillo had a goal and Natalya Teran had a Penalty Kick that went in. Jeffrey White, Bennie Villeda (V-Lay-Dah), and Nathan Santos all each had 2 goals a piece! Come support the soccer team tomorrow on Wednesday when they play South Mountain Middle School on our Home Fields!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>DROP OFF TABLE<\/strong>: Student Services has a drop off table.\u00a0 If you are expecting something dropped off, please come to the Student Services drop off table for pick up.\u00a0Ms. Osorio will write you a hall pass or sign your pass.\u00a0 If you are expecting money, please see Ms. Osorio. Money will not be left on the table.<\/p>\n<p><strong>BOXTOPS<\/strong>: Want to help our school raise money? Please bring in boxtops for education. Boxtops can be found on so many items! Simply cut them off and bring them to your homeroom teacher. Homeroom teachers can then send them to Mrs. Derrington or Mrs. Braido and student council will take care of the rest.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SAFE TO TELL<\/strong>: It&#8217;s SAFE to Tell.&#8221; \u00a0The SAFE Team exists to help students with problems in a confidential manner\u00a0to help remove any and all barriers\u00a0to education.\u00a0 You can refer your friends or yourself.\u00a0 Just fill out the SAFE to Tell form which you can find in your homeroom, Student Services, the Library and the Main Office and drop the form in the SAFE Box or give it to your homeroom teacher who will deposit the form for you.\u00a0 Don&#8217;t worry, &#8220;It&#8217;s Safe To Tell.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PSSA TESTING:\u00a0Students please note that all electronic devices should not be in testing sites.
