The BASD along with St. Lukes will be hosting FREE physicals on 10\/23\/19 from 5-7 at Freedom&#8217;s Main gym and then again on 10\/29\/19 from 5-7 pm at Liberty High School&#8217;s Auxiliary gym. Please stop by the main office or student services to pick up a PIAA physical form. Those students who played a fall sport just need to pick up a re-eval form. All forms must be turned into our athletic trainer prior to tryouts. Any questions see Mr. Korcienski in room A-107.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><\/b><strong>ACTIVITIES\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>CHESS CLUB<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">: Chess Club will begin on October 30th and run on Wednesdays until December 4th. We will meet in Mr. Wynn&#8217;s room, A103 after school until 5:25. Please come to Mr. Wynn&#8217;s room for a permission slip. Thank you!!<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>GOLF CLUB: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The golf club will be attending a field trip this Wednesday, October 23. We will be leaving at 1:30 PM from the main entrance on the second floor and returning there at 5:00 PM. Only students with signed permission slips may attend, so please remember to submit your permission slips to Mrs. Novak or Ms. Hefele ASAP. An announcement will call for students when the bus has arrived to transport us. We can&#8217;t wait for you to showcase all that you have learned! <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>ARTS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>AFTER SCHOOL VOCAL GROUPS:<\/strong>\u00a0NE Singers &#8211; please be sure to stop by and see Mrs. Parker for a permission slip for both the SteelStacks and Salute the Troops Concert. Boys Group and Girls Group &#8211; you are also invited to the Salute the Troops Concert as well. See Mrs. Parker with any questions. Thanks.\u00a0<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">There will be no after school vocal groups rehearsal during the week of October 21st through 25th. Thank you for your flexibility. NE Singers, please be sure to touch base with Mrs. Parker regarding permission slips and chorus contracts&#8230;we have concerts coming up!<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>DANCE TEAM<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">: First practice on Wednesday, October 23! See you after school until 4:30pm!<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>MUSICAL: <\/b><b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Auditions will be held on Monday, October 21st, Tuesday, October 22nd, and Wednesday, October 23rd, from 3:15 until 6 PM. You do not have to be at all three audition days. If you have any questions, please see Mrs. Parker. Thank you for sharing your talent!<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b>WORLD PERCUSSION ENSEMBLE: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">First after school practice on Thursday, October 24 until 4pm! Everyone must attend, see you then! <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>ATHLETICS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>LHS WRESTLING:<\/strong>\u00a0<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">ATTENTION all 7th and 8th grade students. If you are interested in freshman wrestling there will be a meeting on Thursday, 10\/25\/18, in the cafeteria at 3:10. The freshman coaches will be giving you information about the team. Please be there right after school. Any questions please see Mr. Korcienski.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>WRESTLING CLUB<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">: Attention 6, 7, and 8th grade boys and girls:\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Starting the week of October 28th Northeast Middle School will be starting an Intramural Wrestling Club for any 6th, 7th and 8th grade student. Students that would like to learn how to wrestle should attend an informational meeting Wednesday, October 23, 2019, in the cafeteria during Activity Period. Intramural forms can be picked up in the main office prior to the meeting or at the meeting, keep listening to the morning announcements for more information. Any questions see Mr. Korcienski in room A107. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>DISMISSAL<\/strong>: <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Students please note that you are not permitted to remain in the building after dismissal unless you are involved in an activity.
