Good afternoon Northeast Families and Friends. Here is our Northeast \u201cShout Out\u201d for these last few school days of 2020. I want to remind everyone that for our next two instructional days, Monday and Tuesday, our students have been assigned lessons to complete on their own. All of our teachers have posted office hours and are available if students so need. However, students do need to reach out to their teachers in order for their teachers to help them.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

This week a copy of your child\u2019s Interim Progress Report is being mailed home, so please be on the lookout for this report. You may access your child\u2019s work and grades in our Home Access Center where we have the links to all of our student management systems. This is where a parent can view their child\u2019s progress in all of the major academic areas on a daily basis. Should you have questions or need assistance in accessing these resources, please reach out to your child\u2019s team leader, guidance counselor or contact Mrs. Rodriquez in our school\u2019s main office.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Nothing truly brings about the holiday cheer better than when our Northeast Choruses, Orchestra and World Percussion Ensemble share their holiday music with us, which is what will occur virtually tomorrow night at 7:00 p.m. The link for our concert can be found on our school website. Our grade level counselors will also send out the link through their Schoology accounts.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Finally, just a reminder that we will remain in our Short-Term Remote Learning Schedule for the first week of January when we were originally scheduled to return from our holiday break. The reason we are staying remote is out of an abundance of caution and in hope that by allowing for these extra days of isolation, we can help stop the spread of this coronavirus. If there is one wish I do have for the new year, 2021, it is for us to get back to school at 100 percent and to be finally out of the clutches of this pandemic. May all of our wishes come true! We close with best wishes for everyone as we go into this glorious holiday season. Buenas tardes Familias y Amigos de Northeast. Quiero recordarles a todos que para nuestros pr\u00f3ximos dos d\u00edas de instrucci\u00f3n, lunes y martes, a nuestros estudiantes se les han asignado lecciones para completar por su cuenta. Todos nuestros maestros han publicado el horario de oficina y est\u00e1n disponibles si los estudiantes lo necesitan. Sin embargo, los estudiantes deben comunicarse con sus maestros sin necesitan ayuda.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Esta semana se enviar\u00e1 por correo una copia del informe de progreso de su hijo, as\u00ed que est\u00e9 atento a este informe.
