Good afternoon Northeast Families and Friends. Here is our Northeast \u201cShout Out\u201d for the week of April 11<\/span>th<\/span>. It is now officially the 4<\/span>th<\/span> quarter, and we have only 9 weeks left to our school year. Please remind our <\/span>students to be checking their email and logging into Schoology to check messages each and every day. Report cards for the third quarter will be mailed on Wednesday, April 21<\/span>st. <\/span>However, report cards are also able to be retrieved in our Student Access Center online. We will be distributing our honor roll certificates to those students in hybrid and mailing home the certificates for our eClassroom students.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

This week is an exciting week for our 8<\/span>th<\/span> grade students, as we have visits by their high school principal, Dr. Harrison Bailey, on Tuesday and Wednesday of this week. A reminder to our eClassroom students that you are invited into these visits on your assigned hybrid day. Also, this week we finish up our visits to our sixth grade classrooms, as we see our incoming students from William Penn and Thomas Jefferson.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In sports this week we have a full slate of games for both our soccer and softball teams. In softball we play East Hills at home on Tuesday and play Northampton away on Thursday. In soccer we play at Whitehall on Tuesday and play our crosstown rival, Nitschmann, at home on Thursday.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

To end our Shout Out this week, we remind everyone that these are times in this pandemic that none of us have ever experienced, and we hope we never have to experience again. Please remember to listen to the experts regarding social distancing, wearing masks and good hygiene, and may you and your family remain safe and healthy. This is not the time to let up our guard against this pandemic. Have a great remainder to your Sunday.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Buenas tardes Familias y Amigos de Northeast. Ahora es oficialmente el cuarto trimestre y solo nos quedan 9 semanas de este a\u00f1o escolar. Recuerde a los estudiantes que revisen su correo electr\u00f3nico e inicien sesi\u00f3n en Schoology todos los d\u00edas. Los informes de calificaciones del tercer trimestre se enviar\u00e1n por correo el mi\u00e9rcoles 21 de abril.\u00a0 Tambi\u00e9n se pueden recuperar los informes en nuestro centro de acceso para estudiantes en l\u00ednea. Distribuiremos los certificados de cuadro de honor a nuestros estudiantes en horario h\u00edbrido y enviaremos por correo los certificados para nuestros estudiantes de eClassroom.<\/span><\/p>\n

Esta semana es una semana emocionante para nuestros estudiantes de octavo grado, ya que tenemos visitas del director de la escuela secundaria, el Dr. Harrison Bailey, el martes y mi\u00e9rcoles.
