Hello Hornet Nation.<\/p>\n

We had a successful first week of school. It was a pleasure seeing our new and returning students. Let\u2019s work together to make it a great school year for our students.<\/p>\n

Attendance is important and absences\/lates can affect the academic progress of your child.\u00a0 Please make sure your child comes to school daily and on time. There is free breakfast for all students this school year.\u00a0 Breakfast begins at 7:40 am.<\/p>\n

As a parent, you can log on to Schoology and view your child\u2019s progress at any time. If you need assistance logging on or have any questions or concerns, please contact us.<\/p>\n

Due to Labor Day, there is no school tomorrow, September 4. Students return on Tuesday, September 5. Open House is Tuesday, September 5 from 6 – 7:30 pm.\u00a0 We hope to see you there.<\/p>\n

It is important to update your child’s back-to-school information in Registration Gateway. You must review your child’s records and sign the online forms before September 30th. If your child is in need of required immunizations, there will be a back to school immunization clinic at Broughal on Wednesday, September 6 from 4-6 pm.<\/p>\n

Fliers with information on upcoming events, family resources and the sports schedule for each week will be included in your weekly emails or on our website.\u00a0 If you need to add or update your email address, please contact us.<\/p>\n

Tuvimos una exitosa primera semana de clases. Fue un placer ver a nuestros estudiantes nuevos y los que regresaron. Trabajemos juntos para que sea un gran a\u00f1o escolar para nuestros estudiantes.<\/p>\n

La asistencia es importante y las ausencias\/tardanzas pueden afectar el progreso acad\u00e9mico de su hijo. Por favor aseg\u00farese de que su hijo llegue a la escuela todos los d\u00edas y a tiempo. Hay desayuno gratis para todos los estudiantes este a\u00f1o escolar. El desayuno comienza a las 7:40 am.<\/p>\n
