AFTER SCHOOL VOCAL GROUPS REHEARSALS<\/b>:\u00a0<\/span>The rehearsal schedule for after school vocal groups this week is the following:\u00a0<\/span>Tuesday, September 26th – all after school vocal groups; <\/span>Wednesday, September 27th – all after school vocal groups; <\/span>Thursday, September 28th – no rehearsal after school…we have our first performance at the Hispanic Heritage Celebration from 6:30-7:30 at Broughal Middle School. Be sure to wear green and white!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

BASD HISPSANIC HERITAGE CELEBRATION:<\/strong> On Thursday, September 28th Broughal Middle School will be hosting the BASD’s Hispanic Heritage Celebration from 5-8 PM. Please see the BASD website regarding transportation to and from the event! Come out and explore the food, music, and vibrance of our Spanish speaking nations! Our NE after school vocal groups will be performing from 6:30-7:30!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

GIRLS BASKETBALL<\/b>:\u00a0<\/span>Attention 7th and 8th grade girl interested in girls basketball. Please mark your calendars. There will be open gym at Liberty High School. Whether you would like to prepare for the girls Northeast Basketball season and tryouts or would just like to practice basketball skills and have fun, come out on any of the following dates 9\/11, 9\/13, 9\/18, 9\/20, 9\/25, 9\/27, 10\/2, 10\/4, 10\/9, 10\/11, 10\/16, 10\/18, 10\/23, 10\/25, 10\/30, 11\/1 for open gym basketball from 2:45 – 4:15 pm. KNITTING CLUB:\u00a0<\/b>Anyone interested in learning how to knit, come to room B102 for a permission form to join Knitting Club. Our first meeting will be Wednesday, September 27th from 3:25-4:25 PM.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

TRUE COLORS CLUB<\/b>:\u00a0<\/span>True Colors celebrates inclusivity and is a safe space for our LGBTQ+ students and allies. We will meet on Wednesdays, starting September 27th, from 3:25 until 4:25 PM. If you are interested, see Mr. Wenner in room A304 for a permission slip or tell your homeroom teacher.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

BASEBALL SKILLS CLUB<\/b>:\u00a0<\/span>Attention Baseball Skills Club, there is a slight change to the starting date. Due to the field hockey game on Wednesday our first day will be on Thursday September 28th. Thank you!<\/span><\/p>\n
