AFTER SCHOOL VOCAL GROUPS REHEARSALS: <\/b>Monday, October 23, 2023 no rehearsal – thank you for your flexibility!; Tuesday, October 24, 2023 Girls Group; <\/span>Wednesday, October 25, 2023 NE Singers; <\/span>Thursday, October 26, 2023 Boys Group; <\/span><\/p>\n

MUSICAL:<\/strong> Friday, October 27, 2023 – students who are interested in auditioning for NEMSTC\u2019s production of Disney\u2019s The Little Mermaid Jr. are welcome to attend a viewing of the movie from 3:15-5:00 in the auditorium. Audition materials will be distributed at this time, as well as learning the song and dance for auditions during the week of October 30th through November 1st. Questions? GIRLS BASKETBALL<\/b>:\u00a0<\/span>Attention 7th and 8th grade girl interested in girls basketball. Please mark your calendars. There will be open gym at Liberty High School. Whether you would like to prepare for the girls Northeast Basketball season and tryouts or would just like to practice basketball skills and have fun, come out on any of the following dates 10\/23, 10\/25, 10\/30, 11\/1 for open gym basketball from 2:45 – 4:15 pm. Contact Coach Jarrett Carnes Junior at JCARNES@basdschools.org if you are interested.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

FALL CHEERLEADING<\/b>:\u00a0<\/span>Attention all Fall Sports Cheerleaders, you must return you entire Cheer Gear in a plastic Bag with your name on it. It must be clean and given to Mr. Spieker right away.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

WINTER CHEERLEADING:<\/strong> Attention 7th and 8th graders who want to tryout for the Winter Cheerleading Team. If you are interested in trying out for the Cheerleading team, please get a Sports Physical Form from Mr. Spieker or the Main Office. You will need a Physical Form completed in order to Tryout. Tryouts will be after school Friday November 10th 3:15pm to 5pm in the Main Gym. If you have any questions, please Mr. Spieker or Coach Sunni.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

WRESTLING<\/b>:\u00a0<\/span>Wrestling Practice Starts Tuesday immediately after school in the auxiliary gym. Please Bring sneakers and shorts. It’s not too late to get a permission forms from Mr. Katynski or Mr. Spieker. Again, Intramural Wrestling will start Tuesday. If you have any questions, please see Mr. Katynski or Mr. Spieker.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

HALLOWEEN CRAFT EVENT: <\/b>Even if you are not participating in the Halloween Crafting Event this Wednesday, students and staff at Northeast Middle School are invited to share photos of their painted and carved pumpkins by Monday, October 30th. FUNDRAISER<\/b>:\u00a0<\/span>NORTHEAST IS STARTING OUR ANNUAL ONLINE FUNDRAISER! WE ARE RAISING MONEY FOR FUN SCHOOL EVENTS. THIS YEAR WE ARE MAKING IT A TEAM COMPETITION! IT’S SO EASY. ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS CLICK THE LINK OR QR CODE, AND FIND YOUR TEAM. YOU CAN DONATE ONLINE, OR BRING A CASH DONATION TO SCHOOL. IT’S EASY TO EMAIL OR SHARE ON SOCIAL MEDIA. THE TEAM WITH THE MOST PARTICIPATION EVERY TWO WEEKS WILL WIN A PRIZE!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
