Hello Hornet Nation.<\/p>\n

Students have a half day on Monday, November 24 and Tuesday, November 25 due to student led conferences. Students will be dismissed at 11:30 AM on both days.\u00a0 Conferences on Monday will be held from 4:30-7:30 PM and on Tuesday from 12:30-3:30 PM.\u00a0 Please contact your child\u2019s team if you have not yet scheduled a conference.\u00a0 Report cards are available in ParentVue.\u00a0 If you need assistance, please contact us.<\/p>\n

Thanksgiving break is from Wednesday, November 26 through Monday, December 1.\u00a0 Students return to school on Tuesday, December 2.\u00a0 We hope everyone has a Happy Thanksgiving!<\/p>\n

The \u201cGive & Take Table\u201d where anyone can donate or pick up non-perishable food items and personal hygiene products is available during normal school hours.\u00a0 Please make sure to stop by before Thanksgiving break if needed.<\/p>\n

FREE MEDICAL CLINIC:<\/strong><\/p>\n

WHAT<\/strong>: FREE Pop-Up Medical Clinic in partnership with Remote Area Medical (RAM)<\/p>\n

WHEN<\/strong>: Saturday December 6 and Sunday December 7, 2025<\/p>\n

WHERE<\/strong>: Northeast Middle School, 1170 Fernwood Street, Bethlehem, PA 18018<\/p>\n

MORE INFO<\/strong>: Doors open at 6am, FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE. The clinic will be offering free dental, vision and medical services. There will be a number of specialists volunteering as well, they include ENT, Urology, OBGYN and LVHN Mobile Mammogram Bus. Valley Health Partners and Star Community Health will be our referring clinics for patients needing follow-up care. The Bethlehem Health Bureau will have flu shots available. Local nonprofits will host tables in the community resource area of the clinic.\u00a0\u00a0Patients are encouraged to create a profile on the RAM platform to help expedite the registration process at\u00a0https:\/\/patients.ramusa.org\/<\/a>. This does not secure a spot for desired services. Doors open at 6am, first come first serve. Attached you will find the patients flyers.<\/p>\n
