To ensure your child is eligible to participate on the first day of practice or tryouts, please complete the required athletic paperwork outlined below.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Complete the Online Physical Registration<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>All athletic paperwork must be submitted through the new online platform:<\/p>\n<p><b><span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><a href=\"https:\/\/students.arbitersports.com\/organizations\/northeast-middle-school-2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/students.arbitersports.com\/organizations\/northeast-middle-school-2&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1784325138423000&amp;usg=AOvVaw3XIpanVFiD5y86AN5kS9GV\">https:\/\/students.<wbr \/>arbitersports.com\/<wbr \/>organizations\/northeast-<wbr \/>middle-school-2<\/a><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create a family account or log in to your existing account.<\/li>\n<li>Complete all required information for your child.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sections 5 &amp; 6<\/strong>\u00a0of the PIAA Physical Form must be completed and signed by a licensed physician.<\/li>\n<li>Upload the completed\u00a0<strong>Sections 5 &amp; 6<\/strong>\u00a0form to the online portal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you have any questions regarding the physical paperwork or online registration, please contact\u00a0<strong>Northeast Middle School Athletic Trainer, Cassidy Morrison<\/strong>, at\u00a0<u><b><span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><a href=\"mailto:Cassidy.Morrison@sluhn.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Cassidy.Morrison@sluhn.org<\/a>.<\/span><\/b><\/u><\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Submission Deadlines<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>All required athletic paperwork must be completed and submitted\u00a0<strong>no later than one week before<\/strong>\u00a0your child&#8217;s first official practice or tryout.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Football:<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>August 10<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Cheer, Field Hockey, Volleyball, and Cross Country<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>August 17<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>3.
