I am very happy to be a part of the Bethlehem Area School District and Governor Wolf Elementary School faculty! Reading is definitely a passion for me, and I am excited to work with many Governor Wolf students to improve and enhance their reading skills. As one of the reading specialists, I enjoy working with students in small groups to provide extra reading support to increase their skills in decoding, fluency, and comprehension. I work with students in Kindergarten to Fifth grade. I am also the Title 1 teacher for students in Kindergarten to Third grade.
Over the past 17 years, I have worked as a full time classroom teacher in the East Penn School District and Northampton Area School District. I have also worked as a Title 1 teacher in the East Penn School District. I truly enjoy working with students to encourage them to reach their full academic potential!
Please encourage your children to make reading a daily part of their routine. Reading books with your children and modeling great reading is a helpful habit to help your children be the best reader he/she can be!
