Student Council Information
Governor Wolf’s Student Council represents the voice of our students. They help to organize service projects and arrange school-wide special activities.
Qualities of a Good Student Council Representative
Being a Student Council Representative is a lot of fun; it is also a big responsibility. Good leaders, those who perform such a task, are people who:
• are willing and able to speak in front of others
• are good listeners
• are fair and honest
• follow all class and school rules
If you possess the qualities listed above, chances are you will make an excellent Student Council Representative!
* Mr. Meila and Mr. Druckenmiller are our Student Council Advisors.
* Student Council elections are usually held toward the end of September. Two representatives from each homeroom in grades 3, 4, and 5 will be elected.
* Meetings are usually held one day a month in the morning before school starts. It is each member’s responsibility to get a ride to school on those meeting days and to be prompt.
