Still sunny up here at Fountain Hill…another day of outdoor recess.
Parents, check our school calendar for upcoming events. Next week we have two school-wide things going on.
First, on TUESDAY we will be having our Earthquake drill….students are instructed what to do if there is an earthquake while at the school (is it likely to happen…not at all…but we truly like to be prepared for any emergency).
Second, Tuesday also beings our Fresh Fruit and Vegetable snack program. MOST Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, students at Ft. Hill will be given a snack of a fruit or vegetable that changes each day. MANY of the students will be exposed to something they’ve never had before. Please encourage your child to try these new fruits or vegetables! It’s not only healthy, but a great way to see if they like something they’ve never tasted before.
