Home / Broadcasting / Liberty Broadcasting posts three new videos

The students of Liberty Broadcasting are pleased to announce the posting of three new features. “Trip of a Lifetime” follows the Liberty High School Grenadier Band on it’s trip to play at the 75th Anniversary of Pearl Harbor in Hawaii.  A new feature, Life @ Liberty, presents two stories. The first, “Life @ Liberty: Arts, Fall 2016” visits with some of Liberty’s up-and-coming arts students as they talk about the importance of art at Liberty High School and in their daily lives. “Life @ Liberty – Teaching Edition” is a unique piece with a backstory.  In 2010 the first Broadcast Journalism class at Liberty made a video entitled “Yo Teach” that was screened at Bethlehem’s South Side Film Festival. When current students Madeline Koch and Peter Moukoulis learned that Mr. Conrad, a Social Studies teacher, was one of the students responsible for the video, they decided to revisit the topic. “Life at Liberty – Teaching Edition,” visits veteran and starting teachers to tell the story of what it is like to teach at Liberty High School.
