GRADUATION 2020!

Our graduation will occur on July 24th, between 5 – 9 pm.  This is an opportunity for our graduates to wear their caps & gowns and participate in the ceremonial “crossing the stage”.  Due to Covid regulations, we are required to make a number of modifications.

Students may bring up to 4 parental guests.  All guests must be a parent, step-parent, or guardian of the graduate.  No other guests will be permitted.  The ceremony will be live streamed over the internet for other family members.

All guests must be with their graduate to enter and the student must have their cap & gown and diploma cover.  Students may not decorate or change their cap & gowns.  In addition, students must bring a half sheet of paper with their name clearly printed and the phonetic spelling of their name written underneath.  This will be given to the person reading your name at the podium.

All guests must understand and agree to wear a face mask and maintain social distancing during the entire event.

Graduates and their families cannot report to the stadium until the designated time slot.  This will ease vehicle congestion, increase parking availability, and decrease social interactions. The time slots are based on last names and are as follows:

    • A-B (5pm)
    • C-D (5:30pm)
    • E-H (6pm)
    • I-L (6:30pm)
    • M-O (7pm)
    • P-R (7:30pm)
    • S-U (8pm)
    • V-Z (8:30pm)

Due to COVID concerns, the ACTs are no longer being held at Liberty High School on July 18th. Please contact ACT with any questions or concerns.
