Attendance Reminder –– Is your child missing school? Whether they’re home sick or heading to a doctor’s appointment, our school policy requires a parent or doctor’s note to excuse any absence. You can send the note in with your child when they return, or email it to broughalattendance@basdschools.org.  Regular school attendance is one of the most important factors in your child’s success- we want all our Rockets with us every day!

Visit Broughal’s Afterschool Program and Activities website for everything you need to know about clubs, permission slips, and how to get involved! If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to Ms. Anais Martinez at amartinez@basdschools.org. We can’t wait to see what our students get involved in!

Join the FTO! 

Join the FTO! The FTO provides opportunities for families and staff to collaborate, share ideas, and work together on events and initiatives that enrich our school community. Whether through volunteering your time, offering input, or simply attending meetings, your participation makes a lasting difference. We believe that when families and educators work hand-in-hand, students benefit most. The Rocket FTO meets every first Tuesday of the month at 4:30pm in Broughal’s auditorium. Our next meeting is December 16th!
