Morning Arrival
● The driveway is CLOSED to traffic. Only buses are permitted in the driveway during arrival.
● School doors open at 8:50am. Parents are responsible for the supervision of their children prior to 8:50 am
● Guardians of a walking student(s) must park on Kaywin Avenue and walk through the rear driveway access point
on Eastwood Drive to pick up your student. Please remain on the sidewalk.
● All students who arrive after 9am must report to the main office to be signed in by a parent.
Afternoon Dismissal
● Guardians of a walking student(s) must park on Kaywin Avenue and enter through the rear driveway access point
on Eastwood Drive to pick up your student. Please remain on the sidewalk off to the side of the main entrance.
● All students not picked up by 3:40 will be escorted to the main office. All students must be picked up by 4:00pm
as the main office closes.
Designated Areas
● Please use the designated areas for arrival and dismissal
○ Kindergarten – doors at the Northwest Little League/ Kaywin Avenue end of school
○ Grades 1 and 2 – door across from faculty parking lot
○ Grade 3 – main entrance
○ Grades 4 and 5 – doors located on the end of school close to Catasauqua Road
Staggered Dismissal
● Students will be dismissed in a staggered fashion.
3:35 pm Grades 3, 4, and 5 walkers dismissed
3:40 pm Kindergarten, grade 1, and grade 2 walkers dismissed
To ensure your child’s safety, children are urged to:
● Walk on the sidewalk.
● Cross only at intersections.
● Obey the crossing guards and school safety patrols.
● Do not approach or enter strange vehicles
● Proceed directly to school or home before beginning to play or going to a friend’s house.
● Be considerate of smaller children.
● Refrain from any rough play, which can cause injury.
