Across Pennsylvania nearly two million students returned to school, filled with the usual fears and excitement of the first day. As has become tradition, Liberty’s incoming freshmen class arrived before the upperclassmen, to be greeted by the school’s legendary Grenadier Band and Pipe Core, along with administrators and teachers. While to a lesser degree this same welcome was given to incoming students across the state, Liberty’s incoming freshmen became something special when they walked through the door this morning. Liberty didn’t just welcome a new batch of students as she does every year, today, she welcomed her 100th graduating class.
