All Students Riding Buses – Please make sure you have your bus pass ready to show the bus drivers.

Lanta Bus Passes – Are available for purchase in the Coffee Shop $1 each.

Attention all juniors and seniors:  It is college rep visit time!  Please go into your Naviance account and look at all the college representatives that will be visiting Liberty this fall.  

After-school Library Program – Will begin today Wed. Sept. 11th. The program is open on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. The hours are from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Please report to the library by 2:45 p.m. and the maximum capacity is 30 students.

Young Writer – Meeting Wed. Sept. 18th, at 2:30 in Rm. 043 (Next to the School Store). Write something!

Psychology Club Do you have an interest in Psychology? The Psychology Club will hold its first meeting of the year on Wed., Sept. 18 from 2:30-3:30 p.m. in Room 830.

DECA – Meeting in Rm. 007 on Tues. Sept.17 right after school.  

Recycling for Sustainability – Meets every day after school in Rm. 507. 1 hour of community service is offered.

Stage Crew: Informational meeting for Stage Crew on Tues. Sept. 17 after school in the auditorium.

Photography Club – First meeting Wed. September 18 at 2:30 in Rm. 329.

Social Justice Club -Meeting every Tuesday in Rm. 305 immediately after school.

Latin Ballroom Club – Looking to try something new? Get involved by joining the Latin Ballroom Club!  Look for us during the Student Activities Fair on September 12th. Come meet the instructor, ask questions, and impress us with your Latin ballroom skills. We look forward to seeing you! 

Chess Team –-Tryouts will be held in Rm. 824 after school on Wednesdays and Fridays through the middle of October.

Scholastic Scrimmage- Tryouts will be held on Mondays in Sept. in Rm. 824 after school.

Homework Club – Rm. 331.  Every Tues., Wed., and Thurs. until 3:45, thereafter.  Must sign in before 2:45 to participate.

Guidance

The ASVAB is Coming!  Attention students in 10th, 11th and 12th grades in need of some help making career decisions.  The ASVAB – Career Exploration Program can help you take steps toward finding a career that is right for you.  You can benefit from the program whether you plan to pursue further education after high school or enter the workforce right away.  You’ll learn more about yourself and the world of work, explore occupations in line with your interests and skills, and develop an effective strategy to realize your career goals.  The ASVAB takes place Wednesday, October 2nd.  Sign up today in SSC 103 with Mr. Wuchter.

Attention Juniors and seniors:   Admissions representatives from Moravian College, East Stroudsburg and Temple Universities will be here next week to visit with you.  This is just a FEW of the 75 College Visits that are scheduled.  Please sign up in Naviance to meet with the college admission representatives.

College bound Juniors and SeniorsSylvan provides free SAT practice tests to students who are referred by their school counselor! Practice tests allow students to experience test-taking conditions to prepare them for the actual test. After the practice test, each student will get an evaluation of his or her performance, along with suggestions on how to improve test scores. Here are the details for our next practice test:
