Home / News / 2020_2_25 End of Day Fire Alarm

Dear Parents & Guardians,

Today, a student pulled a fire alarm at 3 pm, activating the fire alarm which resulted in the school evacuating the building.  The student has been identified and his behavior is being addressed immediately under the Code of Conduct and the Bethlehem Police Department.
As I will review with students tomorrow during announcements, pulling a fire alarm in a school is a serious crime and one which requires stiff penalties. I would appreciate it that you please reinforce this with your child tonight.
I want to thank our students and staff for responding so quickly, and the Bethlehem Police and Fire Departments for support.
Please contact me with any questions or concerns.
Thank you.
