The guidance counselors at Nitschmann Middle School are a critical member of the team supporting your child. Each cohort of students is assigned to a single counselor, who will stay with them during all three years of middle school. Guidance counselors at the middle school have a very unique job, acting as a liaison and advocate between teachers, students, and parents to ensure each child has the opportunity to be academically and socially successful. If you have a specific question about your child’s overall academic progress, advice on supportive services for your family and your child, or just looking for someone to help, your child’s guidance counselor is always the best place to start!
