CHESS CLUB: Today Wednesday, February 15, 2017 is the last day of Chess Club. If you have not paid Mr. Spieker $2, then you most likely will not participate in the Pizza Party. Please see Mr. Spieker today.

RALLY FOR PEACE: Just a reminder to those of you invited to our Rally For Peace pizza party, it will be held Wednesday the 22ND at 3:05pm in Miss Doncsecz’s room A206.
SPECIAL OLYMPICS: Mrs. Konn´s Leaders Rock class is going to Freedom High School to compete in the Basketball Special Olympics today. They have been champions for the past 5 years. Good luck and bring that trophy back to Northeast!
ZOMBIE APOCALYPSE CLUB: We will have our last meeting on Tuesday the 21st. We will have our Zombie themed party so please bring a snack or drink to share. Your gruesome creativity will be celebrated so feel free to bring snacks to match.
MATH NERDS ROBOTICS & ARCHERY STUDENTS: Attention all prior members of math nerds, robotics club and archery: Mrs. Papagni has a stack of proud pounds that were never picked up from these clubs. If you were a member of math nerds, robotics or archery and did not pick up your proud pound, please see Mrs. Papagni in room B305 during homeroom or after school to pick them up.
DANCE TEAM: Attention dance team, no practice today. Rest up, because practice starts fresh next week with some new routines!
WORLD PERCUSSION ENSEMBLE: World percussion ensemble, we have practice the next day 1 in school during activity. Next week on Thursday after school, ONLY the horns and strings will practice after school.
DISMISSAL: All students are to leave the school building upon dismissal at 3:05PM unless you are signed up and participating in an after school activity. Students MAY NOT wait in school or on school property for friends or siblings that are attending an activity. All students who participate in after school activities must also leave the building as soon as their activity is over. Students are not allowed to be in the building unsupervised
SPORTS: All students attending the Northeast basketball games must remain in the gym during the games. Students may visit the concession stand or the restroom if needed at halftime or between game periods but may not continue to wander in and out of the gym. Students are also reminded that all school rules apply during the games and proper behavior is required. Students should come to the games to cheer on their teams and enjoy the competition.
*There will be open gym for any girl interested in pitching or catching for the softball team this year. It will be held today, February 15th from 3:05 – 4:00 in the gym.
BOXTOPS: Box Tops! Box Tops! Box Tops! Student Leadership received our check for over $700 from Box Tops. Let’s try for $500 more by March 1. Box Tops sheets will be sent home with report cards. Please fill in a sheet and bring it in. Notice the Box Tops are trimmed and attached. Do not use staples. We will have another raffle in March. The prize will be afternoon admission to the Proud-A-Thon!
