Attention 7th and 8th grade boys. Boy’s basketball tryouts will start Monday, November 12th. They will take place in the Main Gym from 3:15 to 5:00 pm. You MUST have your physical form completed in order to tryout. Physical forms are located in the Main Office. If you played a Fall sport, you and your parent or guardian only have to fill out sections 7 and 8. If you did not play a Fall sport, you will need to get a doctor’s physical plus fill out the form. Once forms are completed, you can give them to Coach Carlstrom in A105.
