Good afternoon Northeast Family and Friends. Here is our Northeast “Shout Out” for this first school week of December. We hope everyone is having a very pleasant Thanksgiving holiday break. We also hope that our children are beginning to get ready to return to school on Tuesday to take off with their learning before we enter into the winter holiday season. Remember that especially during the upcoming very busy holiday season to continue to monitor your child’s progress in school by checking online through our Home Access Center. Schoology is our most reliable way to keep on top of your child’s performance here at school, and believe it or not Friday the 6th is the midpoint of the second quarter already. Should you have any questions or concerns please contact your child’s team leader or guidance counselor, and they will help point you in the direction you need to go.
On the sports scene this week we begin our basketball season with both our boys and girls on Wednesday playing in scrimmages against Stroudsburg before league play. Our girls scrimmage is here and our boys travel to Stroudsburg.
Next Sunday, December 8th, our Northeast Band and Orchestra Parent Organization will be hosting their Holiday Cash Bingo @ 2PM in the cafeteria with doors opening at 1PM. Tickets will be available at the door for $25.00. Come out and have some fun and support our musical hornets!
