Good afternoon Northeast Family and Friends.Here is our Northeast “Shout Out” for the last school week for 2019. I want to remind everyone that last week was the official midpoint of the second quarter of school and it is important that you stay on top of your child’s grades and progress here in school. In our Home Access we have the links to all of our student management systems where, as a parent, you can view your child’s progress in all of the major academic areas on a daily basis. Should you have questions or need assistance in accessing these resources, please reach out to your child’s team leader, guidance counselor or contact Mrs. Rodriquez in our school’s main office. If you do not have computer access and wish to have a paper copy of your child’s academic process, please call Mrs. Osorio at 610-868-8581, ext. 42903. We will not hesitate to send a progress report home with your child.
Nothing truly brings about the holiday cheer better than when our Northeast Singers and Jazz Ensemble go out into the community to play. On Tuesday these talented students will delight shoppers at Barnes and Noble off route 33. Then on Friday our Northeast Singers go out to various locations in and around our school caroling in the holiday season. What a perfect way to end our school week.
This week is a huge week on the hardwood when our boys and girls play Monday through Thursday. On Monday the teams play South Mountain with the girls away and the boys at home. On Tuesday the children play Whitehall with again the girls playing away and the boys at home. On Wednesday our boys and girls are both at home in the inaugural Yasso Christmas City Classic tournament games against Harrison Morton from Allentown. Finally, on Thursday our children play Northampton with our boys ending the 2019 calendar year away and our girls at home.
