Even when school is closed you can practice mindfulness. Here are some resources that Ms. Turanchik shared.

Mindfulschools

  • offering free sessions on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays at 1:00pm
  • accepting the first 1000 people and also emailing a recording if you are not one of the first 1000 to join on line
  • They also offer other Mindful Practices to step right into.
