Dear Parents & Guardians,
Attached is our Weekly Sunday Update, which can be found at the link or text below.
Thank you.
Dr. Mayes & Mr. Horlick
Dear Parents & Guardians,
Thank you for your support of our school family last week with the loss of Mrs. Ellis and Mrs. Mendez to their battles with cancer. I found Thursday to be one of my very best days and very worst days as a school principal. Your children rose to the occasion and supported each other and their teachers in a way I have never seen before by middle school children. I observed students consoling teachers and each other wherever I turned. This is one of those things that makes our school so special! We will continue to monitor all students and staff who may need help in the short term. Please reach out to your child’s counselor if you need additional help or resources for your child.
I have included the information for services & notes at the following link: https://basdwpweb.beth.k12.pa.us/nitschmann/2020/02/16/2020_2_16-service-information-for-mrs-ellis-mrs-mendez/
Thank you.
Dr. Mayes
