Core & Encore Team Updates

Team Lafayette (6th) (Twitter @NMSLafayette Team Leader Mrs. Hackman)   Congratulations to our Pride of the Lions recipients Abbie Benner, Rowan Hosfeld, and Isabel McNish!  Our city-state projects are coming together, and we look forward to sharing them in the upcoming weeks.  We have also begun looking at the process of taking the PSSA tests, and how the tests will be affecting our schedules.  Look for information about summer programming here at NMS.  It is free, transportation may be available, and we will feed anyone who attends.  The programs will be fun, and tailored to specific interests that students have… so sign up ASAP!

Team Lehigh (6th) (Twitter @NMSTeamLehigh/ Facebook @NitschmannTeamLehigh Team Leader Mrs. Oliver

PSSA’s are here!!!  For those of you who are coming to take the test, please be sure to bring your charged Chromebook, and the charger.  Also be sure to bring something quiet to do at your seat (book to read etc.) in case you finish early during your testing session.  If you are not coming, please be sure to check schoology for at-home assignments for you to work on.

The 4th marking period is almost done and the end is near.  Luckily for some of you it is not here. Check your Schoology grade report.   Are you happy with where you are at?  If so, congratulations and we thank you for all your hard work.  If not, check your grade report for missing assignments and/or assignments that need to be remediated, and take care of business. You have about 2 weeks to fix it!!!!

Team Moravian (6th) – (Twitter @NMSTeam Moravian/Facebook@NMSTeamMoravian Team Leader Mrs. Roufakis)

This event is taking place on the grass field behind the school.  I strongly recommend you bring a blanket to sit on.
