PJAS Regional Science Fair Student Achievements

Seven students represented Freedom at the Pennsylvania Junior Academy of Science (PJAS) regional science fair, held at Northampton Community College. Students designed and conducted their own science experiments over the last few months, and yesterday, they presented their results as an oral presentation to a panel of judges, who scored them on a rubric. Below are the results:

  • Sophomore Navya Abraham received a 1st award for her microbiology project
  • Sophomore Srisha Banerjee received a 1st award for her microbiology project

  • Junior Xin Liu received a 2nd award for her zoology project
  • Junior Taylor Roberts received a 1st award for her biochemistry project
