Any student who would like to try out for a winter sport must have a completed physical. St. Lukes will be holding Winter Physicals at Northeast Middle School’s Main Gymnasium on Thursday, October 26th from 5PM-7PM. Physicals will be free. Please make sure you have a physical form filled out prior to this date with all the information except what the physician needs to fill out. Physical forms are located in the main office at the front counter or see Mr. Korcienski. If you played a fall sport you will not need a full physical but a re-evaluation form. You can pick either one up after school. See Mr. Carlstrom or Ms. Schaffrick if you have any questions about Boy’s or Girl’s basketball.
