NORTHEAST GOT TALENT: We will have an informational meeting for Northeast Got Talen for 7th & 8th grades only on Tuesday, December 10 after school in the cafeteria. It’s time to start refining your talents for Northeast’s Got Talent Competition. Auditions will be held on December 16th and December 18th after school in the auditorium. All creative talents are welcome to try-out. From dance, song and instruments to story-telling, art, gymnastics and Rubik’s cube champions – WE WANT YOUR TALENT. This is your time to shine!

- AFTER SCHOOL VOCAL GROUPS: The After Schools Vocal Groups Schedule is as Follows: Wed, Dec 4 – NE Singers – all Thurs; Dec 5 – All after school vocal groups; Thurs, Dec 5 – Rehearsal for Christmas in Quakertown IN QUAKERTOWN at First UCC from 6:30-7:30. Details are on the information sheet provided to you.; Fri, Dec 6 – Rehearsal for performers involved in Christmas in Quakertown at NE from 3:15 until 3:30 PM, followed by a final rehearsal of NE Singers for the Clash of the Carols competition on Saturday, December 7th. This is an addition – thank you for your time and talent! Sat, Dec 7 – Performance of NE Singers at the Clash of the Carols competition. Report to The Hyatt Place in downtown Bethlehem, no later than 11:40 AM for a warmup and a 12:10 performance at the Sun Inn. Invite your family and friends to the competition! Sat, Dec 7 – Performance – Christmas in Quakertown. Select students: please report to First UCC, Quakertown at 6:30 PM. This is a free concert. We will be singing “Let There Be Peace on Earth”.
- CHORUS & AFTER SCHOOL VOCAL GROUPS: Do you have a picture of yourself sitting in the snow? Perhaps standing near a Christmas tree, menorah, or other symbol of wintertime? If you’d like to share a picture of you as a younger kid enjoying the holidays, please bring in a picture to Mrs. Parker, or, have your parents send it to Mrs. Parker via Schoology. We’d like to include it as part of a video that would be playing during “That’s Christmas to Me”. If you have any questions, please see Mrs. Parker…thank you!
- MUSICAL: The rehearsal schedule for Once On This Island for the month of December is as follows: Saturday, December 14 – 8:30-9:00am: “Waiting for Life” p.18-24 This rehearsal includes: Ti Moune, Daniel, Storytellers 1-8, Asaka, Agwe, Erzulie, Papa Ge, Mama Euralie, Tonton Julian, Andrea, Little Girl 9:00-11:00am: “We Dance” p.1-10 for ALL CAST MEMBERS. Please be sure to have your script, a pencil, comfortable sneakers/shoes to dance in, and a great attitude! See you then!

DISMISSAL: Students please note that you are not permitted to remain in the building after dismissal unless you are involved in an activity. If you are waiting for a friend, please wait outside of the building.
SAFE TO TELL: It’s SAFE to Tell.” The SAFE Team exists to help students with problems in a confidential manner to help remove any and all barriers to education. You can refer your friends or yourself. Just fill out the SAFE to Tell form which you can find in your homeroom, Student Services, the Library and the Main Office and drop the form in the SAFE Box or give it to your homeroom teacher who will deposit the form for you.
