NORTHEAST GOT TALENT: We will have an informational meeting for Northeast Got Talent for 7th & 8th grades only on Tuesday, December 10 after school in the cafeteria. It’s time to start refining your talents for Northeast’s Got Talent Competition. Auditions will be held on December 16th and December 18th after school in the auditorium. All creative talents are welcome to try-out. From dance, song and instruments to story-telling, art, gymnastics and Rubik’s cube champions – WE WANT YOUR TALENT. This is your time to shine!

- ZOMBIE CLUB: The first meeting of Northeast’s Zombie Apocalypse club is TOMORROW, the 11th. Please check the lists posted outside of A108, A112 and the locker rooms in order to see if you were accepted into the club. The meeting will be held in A108

- AFTER SCHOOL VOCAL GROUPS: Thank you to all who performed this weekend… Northeast Singers won the first round of downtown Bethlehem’s Clash of the Carols competition… we will be competing again on December 21st…details to be announced. Congratulations! *Thank you to the select singers who made Christmas in Quakertown a beautiful event…C in Q students: be sure to pick up a piece of ice cream cake during your lunchtime. *No rehearsal after school today for anyone…see all after school groups Tuesday and Wednesday of this week…our concert is this Thursday evening!
- CHORUS & AFTER SCHOOL VOCAL GROUPS: Do you have a picture of yourself sitting in the snow? Perhaps standing near a Christmas tree, menorah, or other symbol of wintertime? If you’d like to share a picture of you as a younger kid enjoying the holidays, please bring in a picture to Mrs. Parker, or, have your parents send it to Mrs. Parker via Schoology. - MUSICAL: The rehearsal schedule for Once On This Island for the month of December is as follows: Saturday, December 14 – 8:30-9:00am: “Waiting for Life” p.18-24 This rehearsal includes: Ti Moune, Daniel, Storytellers 1-8, Asaka, Agwe, Erzulie, Papa Ge, Mama Euralie, Tonton Julian, Andrea, Little Girl 9:00-11:00am: “We Dance” p.1-10 for ALL CAST MEMBERS. Please be sure to have your script, a pencil, comfortable sneakers/shoes to dance in, and a great attitude! See you then!

•SOCCER PLAYERS: Attention all Last Year Northeast Soccer Players and trainers. If you are in 8th grade and played on the Northeast Soccer Team last year, this message is for you. There will be a quick meeting right after announcements on Wednesday at 8:25am in Mr. Spieker’s room for all previous Soccer Players. If you are unable to attend, please see Mr. Spieker personally one-on-one in room A108.
DISMISSAL: Students please note that you are not permitted to remain in the building after dismissal unless you are involved in an activity. If you are waiting for a friend, please wait outside of the building.
SAFE TO TELL: It’s SAFE to Tell.” The SAFE Team exists to help students with problems in a confidential manner to help remove any and all barriers to education. You can refer your friends or yourself. Just fill out the SAFE to Tell form which you can find in your homeroom, Student Services, the Library and the Main Office and drop the form in the SAFE Box or give it to your homeroom teacher who will deposit the form for you.
