NORTHEAST GOT TALENT: Auditions for Northeast Got Talent will be held after school on Monday for 6th grade and Wednesday for 7th and 8th grade next week in the auditorium. HOLIDAY DANCE: Attention! Attention! Grades 6th, 7th and 8th Grade. This Friday, December 13, 2019 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm, will be the holiday dance hosted by the athletics department. Come on out and support your schools athletics program. We will have refreshments and other items for sale. Come dressed in that Ugly Holiday Sweater. Prizes will be awarded for each grade level to the person that has the ugliest sweater.

If you said yes to one of these things, you need to join the Northeast Girl Scout troop! You can join today after school in the cafeteria or pick up a form in Student Services to learn more. ARTS
- 8TH GRADE BAND, ORCHESTRA, CHORUS STUDENTS: If you are interested in the 8th grade music trip to New York, held on Wednesday, March 25, 2020, be sure to pick up a permission form from either Mr. Rupnik or Mrs. Parker. We will be seeing the Broadway musical Aladdin. The cost of the trip is $140 and must be paid by Monday, January 6th. If you have any questions, please see either Mr. Rupnik or Mrs. Parker.
- MUSICAL: The rehearsal schedule for Once On This Island for the month of December is as follows: Saturday, December 14 – 8:30-9:00am: “Waiting for Life” p.18-24 This rehearsal includes: Ti Moune, Daniel, Storytellers 1-8, Asaka, Agwe, Erzulie, Papa Ge, Mama Euralie, Tonton Julian, Andrea, Little Girl 9:00-11:00am: “We Dance” p.1-10 for ALL CAST MEMBERS. Please be sure to have your script, a pencil, comfortable sneakers/shoes to dance in, and a great attitude! See you then!

- BASKETBALL FANS: Attention Northeast Middle School! On Wednesday, December 18 please come out and support our Boys and Girls Basketball teams as they take on Allentown School District’s Harrison-Morton Middle school in the Yasso-Rothrock Christmas City Classic Basketball Tournament. Tip off starts off with the girls at 4:00 and the boys at 5:15. Come out and cheer on our teams to victory. Please wear green and white on Wednesday to show your support.
DISMISSAL: Students please note that you are not permitted to remain in the building after dismissal unless you are involved in an activity. If you are waiting for a friend, please wait outside of the building.
SAFE TO TELL: It’s SAFE to Tell.” The SAFE Team exists to help students with problems in a confidential manner to help remove any and all barriers to education. You can refer your friends or yourself. Just fill out the SAFE to Tell form which you can find in your homeroom, Student Services, the Library and the Main Office and drop the form in the SAFE Box or give it to your homeroom teacher who will deposit the form for you.
