THOUGHT OF THE DAY: When you’re a teenager, it’s easy to look back and see just how far you’ve come along the path of life. If you compare yourself to a very small child, it’s obvious that you are older… and wiser… and have much more experience. On the other side of the coin… when you’re a teenager, it’s easy to forget that your parents and teachers are even farther down the path of life. The Irish say: An old broom knows the dirty corners best. The Chinese say: To know the road ahead, ask those coming back. Why learn everything the hard way? Let someone else’s experience help you in making the right choices. Believe it or not, it’s a whole lot easier that way. Today, think about how someone else’s experiences may make your life better.
BREAKFAST: Attention all students: The cafeteria is now serving free breakfast and lunch meals for all students every day until the end of December. You heard that right… free breakfast and lunch meals! All students automatically qualify and no form needs to be submitted.
