THOUGHT OF THE DAY: If I were to ask you to name some “mighty men,” whom would you name? Body builders? Soldiers? Football players? Well you’d be right. These men do have mighty strong bodies. But you don’t have to be physically strong to be mighty. You don’t have to be pumped up and brawny. And you don’t have to be a man. There’s an old Hebrew saying: Who is mighty? One who makes an enemy into a friend. That’s a tall order… making an enemy into a friend, but when you do, something mighty powerful can happen. Your enemy becomes your friend, and that’s mighty good!

LUNCH: Do you bring your lunch from home? If you do, you can add a fruit, veggie and milk for free!!! That’s right! You can jazz up your lunch in the cafeteria with a fruit, veggie and milk for free if you bring your lunch from home. Bon  appetit!!

SAFE: It’s SAFE to Tell. The SAFE Team exists to help students with problems in a confidential manner to help remove any and all barriers to education. You can refer your friends or yourself. It’s now safer and easier to tell: just fill out the SAFE to Tell  form which you can find ONLINE in your  guidance counselor’s resources folder. Don’t worry, “It’s Safe To Tell.” Thanks for being AWESOME!

DISMISSAL: Students please note that you are not permitted to remain in the building after dismissal unless you are involved in an activity. If you are waiting for a friend please  wait outside the building.

WATER FOUNTAINS: Water fountains are only to be used to fill up water bottles and not to be used for getting drinks. Students are allowed to bring a water bottle with them every day and are encouraged to do so!
