On Wednesday, March 23rd students have a half day and will be dismissed at 11:30am.
Our 8th grade parents are invited to meet the Liberty High School administrators at Northeast this Thursday, March 24th. This is your chance to meet Dr. Harrison Bailey, Principal of Liberty High School, and his administrative team to learn more about your child’s transition to high school next school year. Please come to the Northeast auditorium at 6pm on Thursday and get to know more about Liberty High School.
There will be a college affordability presentation for 8th grade families from Northampton Community College. The event will be held here at Northeast on March 30th at 6 pm. Hoagies will be served and the event is free! Please share with your families and encourage them to sign up so NCC can order the appropriate number of hoagies. Please help our school raise money for the Pediatric Cancer for the Lehigh Valley (PCFLV) in honor of our student, Isabella. Join us on Saturday, April 2nd from 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. as we walk in honor of Isabella. Please see the attached flier for additional information and to donate using our school FundHub donation site.
A group of our 8th grade students created a video as part of the “What’s So Cool About Manufacturing?” video contest and would love your support in voting for their video. The entry that receives the most votes wins the contest’s Viewers Choice Award. Online voting for the videos begins at 12:01 AM Wednesday, March 23rd, and ends at midnight on Friday, March 25th. You can vote as many times as you like, just refresh the page to vote again. Vote for Northeast team’s video about Lutron Electronics! Reminder, students with perfect attendance for the month of March will automatically be entered in a raffle to win a $100 gift card to Target or grocery store of their choice. Please continue to encourage your child to come to school and be on time.
